Some Tips
Be prepared to have fun ok??
Not going to get as much sleep as normal, so rest up ahead of time…hehe
HAVE FUN =D
Casual wear, jeans, sport shoes, jacket, wind breaker, raincoat,
toilet papers, tooth paste, tooth brush, dry shampoo, insects repellent, sleeping bag, torch lighht, some extra batteries, fork and spoon, plate, cup, snacks, chocolate bars, instant food, knife, mini first aid kit, waterproof backpack. additional battery for your mobile phone or a mobile charger, switch off your mobile phone when you sleep to conserve energy.
Very important: water.
You usually need 1 – 2 liter of water per day (no heavy activities). Bring another 1 liter per hour of exercise. Actually depends on your own needs, some people’s daily intake is only half a liter in one day, but don’t bring less than what you usually take. Otherwise, your body will get weak and will be vulnerable to sickness.
Good luck!
