should i sell my bycicle?

there is a guy that it buying mi trek 9000 that’s a mountain bike made with ALUMINIUM and ive been told that bike is worth 700 at least but this guy is giving me 350 and i need the money to buy clothe because i have no money and my parents don’t give me nothing and i might try to buy the ps3 too sooo what should i do
the bike is 10 to 25 years old and my parents for sure cant give me money because they are ‘’saving for a house”
