Ok basically I’m going abroad to canada for 4 months in the summer and I’d like to bring my trusty mountain bike with me, but how ? I’ve thought maybe on the plane itself but I’m not sure if I could take it and pay extra for it to be included In my luggage as preferably I wouldn’t want it completely flat packed. Maybe someone has had a similar problem but with another country?

mountain bike accessories Mountain Bike Shoes w Petals <$125?
I’m relatively new to mountain biking, got a decent bike, helmet, tools, know some good trails, etc. etc.

If anyone can refer me to some good brands/ combo’s/ etc. for a mountain shoe with hybrid clip in petals that i can still use with out the shoes for just riding around town, i’d really appreciate it.

(Also some trail info/ trail sites/ etc. for Western NY would be awesome)

uncategorized How do I reduce redness in the face while mountain bike riding?
At school my Outdoor Ed class are mountain bike riding this term and I find that my face is the only one that turns bright red. Last in PE I could avoid it by slowing down my pace and relaxing, but I can’t with mount bike riding. Also if you have any tips on breathing and positioning while riding.

Additional info:
My skin is pale
I take sips of water every now and then while riding.
