mountain bike gear SPD cleats with shoes?
when you by a pair of clip in mountain bike shoes do the cleats come with them or do u have to buy them separate? reason why i am planning to change to clip in shoes and i have some clip in pedals my uncle gave me and i was wondering if the shoes came with cleats or not?

Hey all, I go biking at Glen Tress fairly regularly these days and I’m needing a new pair of shoes for the bike. I have decent pedals, pretty strong and very grippy, the only problem is my feet sometimes come off because I have a crap pair of trainers for biking. I mostly do the rougher stuff but I also occasionally do the Freeride park as well.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what I’m looking for in a pair of shoes, particularly the sole. I’m currently using a pair of running shoes (lol) and I think there are too many grooves in the shoes, but I’m not sure. Would a flatter sole be better?

Smelly shoes?

Its my mountain bike shoes and the smell unbearably bad. Boiling with vinegar and water? Dry cleaner? Need help!
cant put them in the washer, they have metal cleats on the bottom.
