I posted a question and I need to rephrase OBVIOUSLY.

For starters, I was ASKED what I wanted, my list is not a ransom note or terrorist demands, it is things I would like to have.

Someone told me to get a job and stop being spoiled.
I have TWO jobs. I work 52 hours a week and I pay for all my stuff, my cell phone, my car (maintenance and gas), my car insurance, my food, my clothes etc.

I even said I knew I wouldn’t get all of the items and didn’t expect to. I also know my mom can afford those things on the list, the list is not just for her either, the list is sent to other family as well because they want to know what I want for Christmas as well.

Need For Speed: The Run ($20)
Psych: seasons 1-5 on dvd. ($13/ea)
new laptop (all black, back-lit keys, 15″-17″) ($500)
Visa gift card for new clothes ($she can pick her own price)
womens grey cardy UGGS ($100)
new wipers/ snow tires. ($noidea) I’d be cool with just wipers too.
Thin Blue Line paracord survival bracelet ($3)
32in flat screen from Wal-Mart. ( I get 10% off at Walmart.)
iPod dock/ alarm clock + speakers ($50)
New lenses for my glasses ($28)
Contacts ($32)
Gift card to Victoria’s Secret ($she can name a price for that too, $30 would be cool)
Shot glass set/ drink recipe book. ($15)

We ALWAYS do big Christmas’s. And this list goes to every family member too, so its to tell everyone what I want, not just my mom.
And we can afford it.
I also put prices to show that not all these items are that expensive, and I work at walmart (as well as fulltime for another company) so I get a discount on things. Like the video game, the DVD’s, the wipers, the TV, the iPod stuff, my glasses, my contacts. All you can get at walmart and my mom can use my discount card to get them. Which is 10% off everything.

And since I have two jobs and do make a lot of money myself, I COULD go out and buy all this stuff for myself but instead I am getting everyone else big gifts.

My mom: A trip to a day spa, new clothes and I am going to try to get her a new cell phone since her Blackberry broke.
My brother: Things for his BMX bike and I am going to see if I can get him an Android phone.
My boyfriend: New snow pants, cologne, and a trip to the mountains to ski.

So no, I am not spoiled, I am spending my money on others in my life who matter to me.
I also don’t EXPECT those things, I just would LIKE them.
They communicate with each other. The list is big enough.
I already know my mom’s friend is getting me the laptop. He works with computers.
And my grandmother wants to get me some “nice” clothes, like dressy stuff.

So I wasn’t even me, I was some blond lady wearing a light blue shirt. I was walking home from school and when I got into my house I went to my room closed the door then heard a noise. Went to investigate and there was a guy wearing all black, and a black ski mask and all you could see were his bright blue eyes. He took off his mask and he wasn’t even very attractive. He told me he was going to kill me and I ran for the phone to dial 611 (in the dream it was 611 instead of 911 for help) and the person on the other end seemed kind of distant, and I imagined her with as and old lady with a dark dyed red perm. She wasn’t very helpful and I was running outside away from the guy who was coming at me with a knife and lost connection but I managed to tell her there was a guy there trying to kill me. Then the guy and I were in the street infront of my house. I screamed for a neighbor to come but no one did and I wondered why it seemed as if no one else was around. There was also a dark blue van parked across the street. When in the street with the guy he shot me with some sort of gun and then tossed the gun to me so I could shoot him but my aim was really bad and I managed to knock him out so I ran for the phone again and told them my address but then it got cut off because the guy was back and I ran up a tree and he followed and since there was no where to go from there he was about to slice my throat. But luckily! he died before he could from some earlier injury. Then as I left the tree I saw there were 3 other guys that looked just like the killer dude except wearing normal clothes and I assumed they were like quadruplets or something.
Then I was still not my self, and biking along a sandy mountain with a guy who was like my fiance or something. Then I was still not myself in Victorian England and the killer guy was there trying to kill me in a more subtle way, like poison. But I woke up before anything happened.

Weirdest dream ever! Especially since it’s the first dream I’ve had in quite a few weeks.

It’s said that when someone is in deep love with someone, he should just go open his heart to him and give it to him directly, to express your feelings in one hit, in one moment and it is up to them to choose whether or not to accept. Well that’s not my case, I had a crush on that one girl since 2002, she approximately broke up with 5 boyfriends since then and I didn’t have enough balls to go talk to her, I mean, I am the kid who gets bullied from everybody, whether it’s from the brainless-mountain muscled guys who beats anybody or the nerds who get scared of their own shoelaces! But coming back to that girl, Michigan, god she is just perfect, blonde medium height, perfect body which is very agile and of course she has the strongest quarterback and most popular guy who beats who even tries to think about her, nobody messes with her, but who knows, nobody is perfect, I mean Love may be blind but jealousy has 20-20 vision if you understand me, any ways it was time to go to school, I gave my mom the bye-love ya thing and got on my 7 years old rusted bike and hit the pedals, as I was riding it, I looked at the weirdoes neighborhood which I live in, at first, Omar’s Family, this consists of a busy father, busy mother, and a busy son, a father in a peanut butter factory, the mother as a doctor, and the son in torturing different types of animal, from toads to fishes, you name it! Next was the Heather’s, this family had 9 children who all died in war in Afghanistan, yes, you get it the guy always reads a news letter while eating bread and water, the woman, well she just has those two sticks which she knits with clothes for the man which he never wear and end up to … umm me. Next is our church which I never go to, I really don’t have a known religion. And then comes two blocks of stone-made houses which are very old and filled with words with black and red sprays saying “I was here…” and “I am stupid r u…” and these kind of stuff, of course all of these houses are broken and nobody lives or wants to live in so they are usually places for muggers and thugs to work!, any ways, after ten minutes passed and I reached school. I was- like my mom- says in an “above average school” but all the teacher in it are either psychopaths or perverts, the psychopaths believe in alien and weird stuff but of course they don’t waste the time of the period on this kind of stuff, they have to annoy us with history and physics and boring stuff, on the other hands perverts well I don’t need to explain. Any ways it was time for my favorite subject, chemistry, no, not because I adore how chlorine and magnesium bond together, it was the only subject I share with her, she entered the class, took off her jacket and hanged it over the door knot, it was time for the moment of truth, later that day I had decided that I am officially going to talk her today and as I got up and moved my foot, Mr. bitch came in.
“Ohhh, wait, wait, wait, did you just look at my girlfriend?”
Cowardly I answered “No man sorry, I was just getting up to …”
“Yes, you were getting up to clean up my chair with your jacket”
Many thoughts came to my mind, to punch him in his face then his stomach ending up in the killer but as every time I just did what he asked of me
“Here, clean as new”
“No, I don’t like it, lick it with your mouth then wash it with your jacket!”
Everybody laughed and “OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOed” started coming out
I said so frightened “listen man let us just not do that please”
Michigan after finishing talking with her best friend Sara started realizing what was happening.
“You either clean it or you get …”
“Sam… what’s wrong with you leave him alone”
“Yes honey sorry” he turns to her and then turns again to me and says
“This isn’t finished, I’ll meet you” and he winks.
Mr. Psychopaths enters class with his Harry Potter glasses and says his old famous saying
“Get seated or I’ll get seated” and believe me you don’t want to know what’s that, he keeps bla-blabing about iron properties and for the first time I answer a question in his period as I always concentrate on you know who. After 4 hours of a really boring lesson the rings comes out in the dead, dig that, it comes out in the deeds with only on human being alive, the psychopaths, as my bag got kicked multiple times, I pick it up and as I go he calls me
“Mr. Drag…”
“Dragomeir sir”
“Anyways, your marks are very low; I doubt that you are going to pass if you don’t submit your assignment”
“Yes sir” wanting to kill him
“Ok off you go”

I’m 6′4″ and 205lbs. If I’m wearing clothes I look pretty good. It’s personally demotivating when I see my own gut and obliques. I wouldn’t mind being 205lbs. if it was a cut look, but I instead have a baggy midsection. So here’s what I’ve been doing for 1 week:

(each of the exercises requiring dumbbells means a 25lb. or two 25lbs.

Day A (Mon & Thur)
5 Goblet Squats, 5 Dips/Curls (10 mins alternating)
2-3 minute break…
5 Overhead Push Press, 5 Single Arm Dumbbell Row (10 mins alternating)
2-3 minute break…
5 Dumbbell Bench Press, 5 Jump Squats (10 mins alternating)
15 minutes – recumbent bike (1 min fast, 1 min slow…alternating)

Day B (Tue & Fri)
10 Dumbbell Hang Pull
10 Dumbbell Push Up w/ Row
10 Reverse Lunge Swing
10 High Knee Run
10 Dumbbell Swing
10 Cross Body Mountain Climbers
(…3 sets, 5 minute break in between sets)
15 minutes – recumbent bike (1 min fast, 1 min slow…alternating)

I have been watching my diet now as well. I drink about 2.5 liters of cold water each day. I try to have Special K cereal or a protein bar in the morning. Snacks would be a Chewy bar, Sweet & Salty Nature Valley Peanut Bar, Grapes, Carrots, Apples, or Strawberries. Lunch might be yogurt and veggies/fruits along with a snack bar, or something like a turkey/lettuce/tomato/am. cheese/vinegar white wrap. I started eating whole wheat pastas with boneless chicken breasts and a veggie for dinner. 2-3 cups of milk a day too. Either with my cereal or with protein.

I’m just unsatisfied with how I look. I used to have V-cuts and a 6-pack, …and then college happened. I cut out most of my drinking and terrible eating, but I will slip once in a while. I’ll just say 2-3 times a week between all my meals.

I just want to know if I should pursue this workout routine. I sweat like crazy when I do it, and I do need to break for a few seconds in between. Will what I’m doing eventually pay off???…more so, will I be in decent shape after 2 months of doing this?

I’d appreciate any feedback anybody serious has. Thanks to anybody that can be of any help!

mountain bike gear what would you do, in this situation.?
Well im a new kid at school and im in 10 grade in 9 grade i have completed 11 grade American history with an A plus, and made all As in all my advanced classes, well all as and one b. so when i moved again my academic credits was taken another bad blow and i have to take 9 grade all over again in one semester and the other semester i have to take a whole year of 10 grade. so i am new to macon and im a nice girl im kind and i help out strangers, i am even starting to volunteer at the food drive and i want to give blood.
well no one i mean no one talked to me, i said hi and they just stared at me. i tried helping and praticipating in class and i look very friendlyy and warm even though im upset due to me having to take over classes i already passed. and guess what i get, laughed at in 4 period 9 grade history ( ironic eh) well i was just doing my work and studing when i over heard some boys and 1 girl talking about me, i heard shes ugly and then this one hit me really hard he said look at her chin and the girl busted out laughing, my chin has a scar on it, because times were rough we couldnt afford medical insurance for stitches when i fell while mountain biking and i busted my chin, and it took 3 weeks of painful home medical care to get it to heal and so now its a hyperactive scar and it sticks out, and im really self conscious about it. Then i heard the girl say is she stupid and i immediately thought of my being in 9 grade instead of 10 grade. and then they were laughing at my clothes and stuff, but we could afford anything else we spent most of our clothes money on our mom’s education so she can become a histotechnologist, and my dad can be a pyscologist ( he works on the night shift) and so i was thinking during that whole class maybe thats why im being ignored in all my classes, im just too ugly, maybe thats why i never had a boyfriend im too ugly, and my scar made it worse, i felt upset, but i dint cry i just felt really down and sad. i dont know whats wrong with me i already thought i was sorta pretty but now its a different story, i dont like my school, so i need beauty tips, i dont wear make up, but i guess thats what i need now huh.

I made a comedy diary. Do you think I should finish it:

11:30am: In bed. Can’t be bothered to go downstairs, even though I’m practically DYING of hunger right now. Besides, the goobies (aka my family) are downstairs, raving to Abba. That is how queer and utterly mental they are. So, to prevent goob disease, I must stay with my cosy duvet and not take off my rubber ducky jammies.
11:31am: “CHLOE, GET UP! NOW!” My dad shouted. How dare he shout at an awesome person like me, when I’m trying to get my beauty sleep. Shame on him. I snuggled up to my duvet. My dad is such a frog. And cog. And dog.
11:32am: Why have I got peanut butter and banana sandwiches in my bra?
11:33am: Molly my cat must have nicked them and snuck into my basket.
11:34am: I say basket, but its really a giant mountain of clothes, constantly growing in my bedroom.
11.40am: Gah. Stupid converses. Why can’t they make them easy to put on? Time for another family torture activity: a family bike ride. Why can’t my family be normal? Why does my insane dad wear knee-length yellow socks? And why does my mum have a lap-dancers closet?
11.50am: Pant pant. Ugh, why can’t they make hills easy to ride on.
“CHLOE! RUMBLE BUMBLE!” My dad shouted What, in the queer name of Elvis’s underpants does that mean? Knowing my Dad, he probably thinks it’s some sort of cool saying. I should keep a mental note to tell my Dad to NOT think.
12.30am: I think my toes are wonky. The big one is slightly slanted. Oh dear, I hope I don’t get athletes foot like Delilah. She’s my bestest friend. Although she has giant ears I “lubbie” her as my younger brother, Jordan says.
12:31am: Hahahahaha lubbie.
12:32am: I think I officially need a psychiatrist. Well, madness runs in the family. So does stupidness.
1.00am: Met up with the girls in Starbucks. That’s me, Delilah, Bridget, Jodie, Allix, Tamara and Kara. We like to call ourselves the “Cool Clique”. That is what we like to call ourselves.
“So, two days until St Sadness. Any ideas on how to fill in the crappy hours of boredom and torture?” Dellie said. Wow. I’m surprised she could say that all. Mind you, she has got a massive gob. I sipped my frappuccino (its some sort of icy beverage, don’t ask me too much, search it on wikipedia) and started thinking.
I know its a weird writing style, but its how I like to write.

As spring approaches rapidly, it is important to remember one of the best things about nice weather is that the outdoors is no longer a cold, windy burden. Rather, as we enter the new season, we should look at the outdoors as our destination. Particularly those who want to lose a bit of weight, the outdoors may actually be a saving grace. Particularly with an environment in crisis, who wouldn’t want to spend as much time in it as possible?

Imagine, however, that you could at the same time enjoy the environment and help to save it, all while exercising and helping to stay in shape. No, you don’t need to be superman. Such a feat can be accomplished by changing your daily commuter routine from a car to a bicycle. Granted, you may have to leave a bit sooner than you would with your car, but at the end of the day (or week), you will save yourself loads of cash on gas and gain that much back in exercise. There are plenty of kinds of bikes out there, however, and prices will vary. As such, it is important to know which bike is best for us when we go shopping for one.

The types of bikes for mainstream consumers include mountain bikes, touring bikes, and cruiser bikes. The differences between them are barely recognizable to the untrained eye, but many times it can mean the difference between a $150 and $500 bike. Brand recognition also plays a large part in the price of bikes, so if you are a bargain shopper it is important to not only seek out the right type, but also the right brand, of bike. Mountain bikes are best for those who aren’t traveling a very far distance or those who have to traverse harder terrain, such as hills or unpaved roads. The tires are generally more treaded on these bikes to give more traction, and depending if you want all of the optional parts of these bikes they can get pretty pricey.

Touring bikes are perfect for the longer distance commuter, or those with more bags. Unlike the mountain bike, it has racks mounted on it, which allow for easy carrying of cargo such as a briefcase. The frame geometry of these bikes is specifically designed for an easy, comfortable ride wherever you are traveling. For those commuters who will primarily be on the paved roads and taking it easy, this should be your choice. Cruiser bicycles, similar to touring bikes, have an upright seating alignment and are meant for steady riding. These bikes actually served as an inspiration for mountain bikes and, since their decline after the 1950’s, have grown more popular – and more affordable – since the 1990’s.

The next time you are sitting in traffic while you commute, thinking to yourself that you should be exercising, imagine that you could be solving both problems in one easy step. Riding a bicycle may not have been the first idea to cross your mind, but once you try it out, it will likely be your last. Saving the environment as well as exercising is a deal in itself that nobody else could bargain for.

Summer’s just around the corner and that means all kinds of outdoor fun! This season, why not commit to trying something new? Mountain and trail biking! A great form of exercise for all levels, mountain and trail biking is a terrific way to get out and enjoy all that nature offers.

If you think you’re ready to give it a try, here are some things you’ll need:

A bike. Known as MTB or ATB (Mountain or All-Terrain) bikes, they range in price from $300 to well over $2,000. As a novice, start by renting a bike (much more affordable at around $40 a day) to see if you like the sport, and the bike model.

A bike rack. Unless you live on the mountain, you’re going to have to drive to your biking destination. Bike racks come in all different styles, from roof-mounted racks from manufacturers like Swangman and Thule, to hitch-mounted carriers like the one available for Isuzu SUVs.

A helmet. While comfy clothes suited to the weather is always recommended (stay away from loose pants that can get caught in the bike’s gears), a helmet is a must. They can be rented or bought, but they are invaluable in the event of an accident, especially in areas where emergency medical help isn’t just a hop, skip, and jump away.

A rehydration system. This could be anything from water bottles strapped on the bike, to back-mounted rehydration systems. It’s not about how you rehydrate, it’s that you do it often.

A cell phone. Just in case of and emergency, bring a cell phone.

Trail maps. Many can be downloaded from the internet or bought at the local ski resort. As a novice, stick to clear, well-marked trails. Keep the map handy in case of an emergency, or in the event you get lost.

Most importantly, have fun. Take as many breaks as you’d like to stop and explore the idyllic setting or to catch your breath. Bike at your own pace and enjoy the well-deserved break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
